Y2K” hits the PA. Tazz and JR make their way to ringside” Voice: “And Now……making his way down to ringside……’The Greatest Hype Man in Sports Entertainment’……..Alex Classic!!!!!” Alex comes down to the ring and the mic comes from the rafters, Kennedy-style. Alex: “ARE YOU READY FOR AWF AFFLICTION??!!!!!” A huge explosion goes off and we kick this PPV off JR: “Welcome to AWF AFFLICTION. I’m Good Ole’ JR and with me, as always, is Tazz. Tommy Dreamer isn’t with us currently because he has an upcoming match against Hassan Fidel Hussaine.” Alex: “The Following match is scheduled for one fall and Is an EXTREME RULES MATCH! First, being accompanied by The Great Khali, from The Middle East, he is…..Hassan Fidel Hussaine…” Alex: “Next, from Yonkers, New York….He is “The Innovator of Violence”….He Is…..ECW Original TOMMY DREAMER!!!” The bell rings as Hassan flees from the ring. Tommy chases him but is stopped by Khali. Khali hits the Palm-slap onto Tommy’s Head, sending him instantly to the mat. Khali does his signature yell and the crowd just boos the hell out of him. Tommy rolls to the outside as Hassan stomps away at him. Khali goes outside the ring as Hassan sets up a chair. Khali grabs Tommy and hits him with a double-handed chokeslam onto the chair. Tommy is lifeless. Hassan covers Tommy. 1..2..3. Alex: “Here is your winner…..Hassan Fidel Hussaine!!” Tazz: “Pardon my French JR, but that match was total bull-shiot.” JR: “I know we’re supposed to be unbiased, but I hate these two. They come in here, thinking they own AWF, dominating people for no apparent reason. Someone needs to put an end to all of this.” Tazz: “I agree.” *COMMERCIAL* Alex: “The following match is scheduled for one fall….First, from Cameron, NC….He is “The Charismatic Enigma”…..Jeff Hardy!!” Alex: “Next, making his way to the ring….Theodore Robinson!!” No one comes out Alex: “Theodore Robinson!!” No one comes out. We go to a commercial break *COMMERCIAL* JR: “Welcome back to AFFLICTION and, as we hear, Theodore Robinson could not be here tonight due to family problems so the last match has been cancelled.” Tazz: “Also, we have received word that Tommy Dreamer has been taken to a local medical facility. No word on how serious the problem is. Let’s go to our next match.” Alex: “The following match is a STEEL CAGE MATCH…..FOR THE AWF US TITLE!!!!!! Making his way to the ring, from Punjab, India……being accompanied by Hassan Fidel Hussaine…..The Great Khali!” Alex: “Next….He is the AWF US Champion…..and a 7-Time AWF World Champion…….From Dexter, Iowa……He is The Myth…..The Legend……TheMan!!!” The match begins with Khali stalking TheMan around the ring as the ref is latching the lock to the cage door. TheMan charges Khali and starts unloading right hand after right hand. Khali barely is affected by this and shoves TheMan with one arm. TheMan charges back and tackles Khali into the cage and begins unleashing Hell onto him. Khali is finally taken to the ground and TheMan continually stomps away at the monster. Khali is now in the feetle position as TheMan is going wild. He starts yelling and going after Khali as the crowd is going nuts! TazZ: “Look at him JR!” JR: “He’ gone nuts! He is a man possessed!” TheMan goes to pick Khali up but Khali hits him in the midsection with amazing force. TheMan falls to the mat. Hassan punches the referee out. He unlatches the lock and opens the door. Hassan tosses in a chair. Khali sets the chair up like he did with Tommy Dreamer earlier. Khali picks TheMan up and grabs him by the throat. All of a sudden, the lights go out. A lightning bolt hits the stage and causes a fire. Then, a video comes on the screen. ~here~ Then, someone steps through the fire. The fire suddenly goes away. The lights come back on, and Thunder is standing on the entranceway with a mic. Thunder: “Khali! Put him down!” The crowd goes wild! A “Thunder! Thunder! Thunder!” chant breaks out. The crowd’s cheers dies down a tad bit and Thunder continues. Thunder: “Khali, for months now, I have seen you plow through every person on this roster, ranging from my cousin Justin Hoover to, most recently my good friend Tommy Dreamer. I have sat back long enough. I have challenged you. Not just you….I’ve challenged Hassan as well. I want you two in a match at Night of Champions III….for the AWF Hardcore Championship. So, are you up for it?” Hassan grabs a mic Hassan: “The Great Khali and I accept your challenge. We will easily defeat you. You couldn’t beat The Great Khali and with me being in the match also….you infidel scum…..you don’t stand a chance!” Thunder: “Well, that remains to be seen. But in the meantime…I leave you with one last message: You will see what Hell looks like…because I am going to take you two there…..and you’re riding first class. Quoth Thunder……..Nevermore!!” As soon as Thunder says that, The walls of the cage burst into flames. TheMan, who crawled out during Thunder’s tirade, was declared the winner. Alex: “Here is your winner and STILL AWF US Champion…..TheMan!!” JR: “My gawd! Thunder is back!!” Tazz: “Got that right…and he is back in a big way!!” *COMMERCIAL* JR: “Welcome back to AFFLICTION. Right now, we are going into our main event. Justin Hoover vs. Matt Hardy for the AWF World Heavyweight Championship.” Alex: “The following match IS A LADDER MATCH FOR THE AWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!!! First, from Cameron, NC….He is ‘The Angelic Diablo’……Matt Hardy!!!” Alex: “Next…..He is the AWF World Heavyweight Champion….From Denison, Texas…..He is ‘The Rocker’…..Justin Hoover!!” Tazz: “This match is to determine who the rightful AWF world Champion really is. Both guys have everything to prove. Matt wants to prove that he is more than a Tag partner and Justin wants to prove he is a dominant champion. Lets go down to the match” The match begins. Matt wastes no time in going for a ladder. Justin runs off the ropes and nails Matt with a senton over the ropes. Justin hits the ladder which sails into Matt. Justin makes it up and drags the ladder into the ring. Matt gets up and gets into the ring as Justin is setting the ladder up. Matt kicks Justin in the midsection and sets him up for a Twist of Fate. Just reverses into an armbar. Justin has it locked pretty tight as Matt squeezes out barely. Matt goes off the ropes and nails a front dropkick to Justin. Justin falls to the mat. Matt goes to the turnbuckle and nails a Leg Drop. Matt runs over to the ladder and starts scaling it. Justin gets up and tosses the ladder over. Matt goes sailing into the announcer’s table. JR: “GOOD GAWD! HE MAY BE BROKEN IN HALF!” Tazz: “Holy shiot!” Justin has a schocked look on his face. Justin runs over to Matt and checks on him. Justin signals for some EMT’s. EMT’s rush out to get Matt but Matt refuses and gets to his feet. Matt shoves Justin away and gets into the ring. He sets the ladder back up and starts climbing. Justin goes back into the ring and pulls Matt down. Justin nails a DDT on him and Matt is down. Justin starts climbing the ladder. Matt starts climbing the other side of the ladder. Matt and Justin meet at the top and begin punching one another. Justin then grabs Matt’s arms and torso. Justin then suplexes Matt off the ladder and to the mat. Tazz: “Jesus man! These guys want that belt!” JR: “This is a very physical match, that’s for sure.” Justin makes it up and begins scaling the ladder again. Justin grabs hold of the belt. Matt scles up and punches Justin in the midsection and grabs onto the belt himself. Both men’s legs knock the ladder over and both are dangling from the AWF World Title. Justin and Matt are both playing chicken fight to knock each other off the belt. Both men succeed as both go crashing to the mat. Justin and Matt are motionless. The ref is about to stop the match as both men regain composure and begins punching one another. Justin then grabs the ladder and places it on the ground. Justin kicks Matt in the midsection and nails a Down to Earth onto it. Justin grabs the ladder and sets it up. Justin grabs the belt. Alex: “Here is your winner and STILL AWF World Heavyweight Champion……Justin Hoover!!” JR: “One hell of a night! I’m JR and, on behalf of Tazz, Have a good night!” END AFFLICTION
